Hyundai Livart Opens Flagship Store of Italian Luxury Kitchen Brand 'Valcucine' Hyundai Livart's flagship store of the Italian high-end kitchen furniture brand 'Valcucine,' opened in the furniture street of Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.


Hyundai Livart announced on the 13th that it will open the flagship store of the Italian high-end kitchen furniture brand ‘Valcucine’ in the furniture street of Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.


Valcucine is regarded as one of the top three global luxury kitchen furniture brands alongside ‘Boffi’ and ‘bulthaup’. It is famous for its ergonomic design and the use of materials such as glass and titanium, which are rare in the kitchen furniture industry, emphasizing both design and functionality. Hyundai Livart signed an exclusive domestic sales contract with Valcucine in January to add this global luxury kitchen furniture brand to its existing mid-to-high-end kitchen furniture lineup, aiming to enhance competitiveness not only in the B2C (business-to-consumer) kitchen furniture market but also in the B2B (business-to-business) built-in market.


The newly opened Valcucine flagship store showcases a total of four core kitchen furniture lineups, including Valcucine’s signature model ‘ARTEMATICA’, which gained attention in 1988 as the industry’s first kitchen furniture to apply glass doors, and the ‘Logica Celata’ model featuring technology that automatically opens and closes upper cabinet doors.


The store also offers various customer experience contents. Visitors can try premium features such as the ‘V-motion’ system, which controls doors and lighting with hand gestures, and the ‘Airius wall-hung System’, which allows doors to open and close silently. There is also a space where customers can test durability. The ‘Design-Lab’ located inside the store provides ergonomic and professional design consultations, including dimension planning for upper and lower cabinets tailored to the user’s body type.


To create synergy with Valcucine and other premium imported furniture brands it currently operates, Hyundai Livart opened the first flagship store on the third floor of a building that houses the Giorgetti flagship store, the Italian kitchen furniture brand ‘ARAN’, and the ceramic brand ‘FLORIM’. This allows customers to experience a variety of imported brands across different categories?from Hyundai Livart’s premium home furniture to system kitchens and building materials?all within one building.


A Hyundai Livart official said, “This flagship store was launched to meet the growing demand for high-end furniture. We will continue to strengthen our position as a total interior specialist company by expanding premium brands and enhancing the competitiveness of our own products.”
