The Hyehwa Police Station in Seoul announced on the 12th that they summoned and questioned Park on charges of property damage. Park is accused of damaging facilities by placing stickers with phrases demanding the guarantee of mobility rights for the disabled on the platform of Hyehwa Station on Seoul Subway Line 4 from November 2021 to December last year.

Earlier this year, several civic groups filed complaints with the police against Park and three other Jeonjangyeon activists. Park was also sent to the prosecution in June on charges of placing stickers on the platform of Samgakji Station on Line 4.

Before appearing at the police station that day, Park held a press conference, stating, "The stickers are a voice resisting discrimination where the mobility rights of the disabled are not guaranteed," and added, "I will exercise my right to remain silent."
