Establishing a Work-Friendly Organizational Culture
SK Shieldus (CEO Hong Won-pyo) announced on the 12th that it has been selected as a '2023 Job Excellence Company' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. The Job Excellence Company in Korea is a system designed to encourage private companies that have taken the lead in creating and improving quality jobs, selecting and supporting 100 companies annually. Companies selected through on-site inspections receive a certification plaque and can benefit from over 200 various administrative and financial supports, including preferential financial support, exemption from regular tax audits, and preferential credit evaluations.
SK Shieldus was recognized for expanding employment opportunities for vulnerable groups such as youth, women, and people with disabilities. In particular, it opened the nail care store for hearing-impaired individuals called 'Seomseom Oksu,' contributing to job creation for hearing-impaired women. This service, provided by trained disabled individuals, offers free nail care to railway passengers, and SK Shieldus operates two locations at Yongsan Station and Anyang Station.

Additionally, SK Shieldus was highly evaluated for its efforts in nurturing customized talent from project-based training to direct hiring. It has established a systematic industry-academia cooperation system with universities nationwide related to information security majors, such as Chung-Ang University, Ajou University, and Soongsil University, fostering future security talents and linking them to employment after graduation. Moreover, SK Shieldus operates an Industrial Safety and Health Committee, leading activities to build a safe working environment and create a good organizational culture. It runs programs such as vacation promotion systems and family-friendly programs, striving to create a workplace culture where work and family can coexist.
