Hanmi Global D&I will sell neighborhood living facilities of Cheonho Station Maestro, located in Cheonho New Town, in September.
The neighborhood living facilities of Cheonho Station Maestro will be sold simultaneously with the Cheonho Station Maestro apartments and will be located on the lower floors of the complex, consisting of a total of 11 units with exclusive areas ranging from 38 to 65㎡.
A sales official stated, "The advantage lies in the solid residential demand driven by the residential development of Cheonho New Town and Cheonho·Seongnae Redevelopment Promotion District, as well as the geographical benefit of being in a station area that easily attracts external floating population." He added, "Especially, the Cheonho-dong area where the commercial facilities will be located is continuously gaining future value due to large-scale development projects, so we expect a lot of interest."
In fact, the Cheonho Station Maestro neighborhood living facilities have a strong underlying demand, which is a key element for commercial facilities. First, it can absorb fixed demand from residents of the complex as well as residential demand from about 3,000 households formed through the development of Cheonho New Town and Cheonho·Seongnae Redevelopment Promotion District.
Additionally, it is located in the station area of Cheonho Station where subway lines 5 and 8 pass, and there is a bus stop right in front, making it easy to secure floating population. Moreover, the surrounding area forms the central commercial district of Cheonho New Town, and many large shopping and cultural facilities such as Hyundai Department Store, E-Mart, and 2001 Outlet are located nearby, which is expected to create synergistic effects.
The Cheonho Station Maestro neighborhood living facilities will be composed of street-type stores located along a main road, enhancing visibility, accessibility, and customer attraction.
Furthermore, the commercial facilities offer various floor plans to broaden consumer choices, and the introduction of a high ceiling design of 4.2m (planned) also draws attention for improving space utilization.
Meanwhile, Cheonho Station Maestro, which announced simultaneous sales of commercial facilities and apartments, will be developed in Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, consisting of two buildings from basement level 1 to 12 floors above ground. The apartments will have exclusive areas of 30 to 55㎡, totaling 77 households, all designed as specialized products for the rapidly increasing 1-2 person households.
