Regarding the case of an elementary school teacher in Daejeon who was harassed by malicious complaints from parents for four years and ultimately took an extreme step, some personal information of the parents identified as perpetrators has spread online, sparking outrage among netizens.

On the 11th, multiple online communities posted a message titled "Current Status of the Hair Salon of the Perpetrator in the Daejeon Teacher Death Case." The post included photos of a hair salon operated by one of the parents who reportedly filed complaints against the deceased teacher.

In the photos, the exterior of the hair salon is covered with angry post-it notes saying things like "This is the ringleader," "Murderer ㅇㅇ Hair," and "Because of people like you, the death penalty is necessary." Online, harsh criticisms toward the parent poured out, such as "Is this the hair salon that took the teacher's life?" "Do you feel relieved after bullying and killing the teacher?" and "It makes me sick to think you touched hair with fingers that killed a person."

The situation is similar at a restaurant reportedly run by another parent. This place is a franchise of a gimbap chain, and it has suffered not only 1-star 'review bombing' but also food vandalism at night, including ketchup and flour being thrown. Following the controversy, the headquarters ordered the franchise to suspend operations.

On the 9th, the franchise headquarters stated via social media, "We are promptly verifying the situation regarding the franchise store. Regardless of the reason, the store is suspended from operation until the facts are confirmed, and additional measures will be taken depending on the findings." However, it was confirmed that this restaurant was listed for sale on a real estate brokerage site in April. According to the listing, the property was introduced as a 'premium listing' with a key money of 80 million KRW.

Meanwhile, according to the police and the Daejeon Teachers' Union, A, a teacher in their 40s, took an extreme step at home on the 5th and was transferred to a nearby hospital but passed away on the 7th. It is reported that A submitted their case when the elementary teachers' union collected cases of teacher rights violations in July.

A’s report included circumstances from 2019 when they were a first-grade homeroom teacher and four students repeatedly bullied a classmate by disobeying instructions. In particular, when one student continuously assaulted a friend, A requested guidance from the principal. For reasons including this, A was sued by the parent for child abuse and suffered from complaints for several years.
