23 Partner Companies Participate in 'Recruitment Day' at Incheon City Hall on the 21st
Mohegan Inspire Entertainment Resort will jointly host the 'Inspire Partner Company Hiring Day' on the 21st with Incheon City, Jung-gu Office of Incheon, and the Central Regional Employment and Labor Office to promote local talent recruitment.
The event, held at Incheon City Hall, will feature 23 Inspire partner companies participating, offering various employment support programs such as on-site job interviews, career consulting, and job experience centers. Recruitment fields include security, facility management, housekeeping, and cleaning, aiming to hire approximately 300 local talents.
Inspire, scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of this year, is actively working on talent acquisition through various recruitment programs, including large-scale hiring events, industry-academic cooperation with over 30 universities nationwide, and recruitment of both new and experienced employees.
Earlier large-scale recruitment events held in June and July attracted about 2,000 applicants for positions in hotel, food and beverage (F&B) service, culinary, and casino-related roles. Some of these applicants have already been hired or are currently undergoing interviews by job category. Additionally, in the first half of the year, an early recruitment program for new employees was conducted targeting tourism talents recommended by universities with which industry-academic cooperation agreements were signed. Notably, more than 40% of the 300 selected new employees were from the Incheon area.

We hope many job seekers in the Incheon area will show interest and apply for this partner company hiring event jointly held with local governments."
Located in Yeongjongdo, Incheon, Inspire is currently about 96% complete and aims to open the 1A phase facilities in the fourth quarter of this year. The first phase facilities will include three 5-star hotel towers with 1,275 rooms, a multipurpose performance arena with 15,000 seats, convention facilities, a foreigner-only casino, commercial facilities combining shopping, dining, and entertainment elements, an indoor water park, and an outdoor family park.
Mohegan Inspire plans to develop a large-scale entertainment complex resort through multiple expansion phases in the IBC-III area of Incheon International Airport, Yeongjongdo.
