Wepun Revamps Corporate Gift Delivery Service 'Seonmul24' Solution

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the gifticon market has reached the 6 trillion won mark, yet inconveniences still occur among buyers and consumers. While issues such as discounts and bulk entries have greatly improved in large-scale sending, detailed services remain stagnant. Amid this, the corporate bulk sending customized gift SaaS solution ‘Gift 24’ has been revamped for user convenience, drawing attention.


Gift24, operated by B2B service platform Wefun (CEO Kim Heon), has been used by 300,000 employees from 1,500 client companies since its launch in 2020. This corporate-customized software (SaaS) features easy gift sending by simply setting the budget and the number of recipients.

The recent service upgrade focused on client convenience and consumer satisfaction. Typical B2B bulk sending companies include the sender’s company name at the top of the text message when sending gifticons. Gift24 addresses this inconvenience by offering a service that allows companies to create customized cards. By simply uploading the company logo image file, the logo is automatically inserted into the card. Writing gift messages has also become easier. Users can write messages directly, and for bulk sending, the recipient’s position and department can be pre-entered and automatically reflected.


Another advantage is that recipients can directly choose the type of gift. When the price range and items are preset, recipients can open the message and select their preferred gift. The issue of recipients not choosing gifts within the period, causing difficulties in settlement for companies, has also been improved. If the gift selection period expires, the gift is sent as pre-designated by the manager. Within the designated price range, the types and quantities of gifts can also be increased for selection.


For bulk sending, settlement and progress tracking are essential. Previously, all data had to be checked on one screen, and the manager had to organize the sending details manually. In the renewed Gift24 SaaS, operations can be managed by event. Folders can be created according to the event theme to manage recipient selection, budget setting, and sending date. Viewing operation history is convenient when issues arise, requiring gift sending to be stopped or resent.


Another feature is the dashboard page, which allows checking the total usage amount and status. It also shows product preferences and price ranges of the members in operation, which can be referenced for future events. Settlement can also be completed at once through this page.


Regarding the upgrade, Wefun CEO Kim Heon said, “We revamped the solution so that all users can use Gift24 without inconvenience,” adding, “Wefun will do its best to provide convenience in detailed aspects so that practical managers can focus more on their main tasks.”


Meanwhile, Gift24 is showing rapid growth, achieving 152% of last year’s sales in the first half of this year. Along with this SaaS upgrade, the ‘Gift24 for Chuseok’ service has been launched for the upcoming Chuseok holiday. Chuseok gift sets can be purchased at over 20% discounted prices, and consultations and applications are available on the Wefun website.
