Cafe franchise 'Coffee Evanhada' is introducing a self-developed artificial intelligence (AI) voice recognition kiosk system.
While existing kiosk systems primarily use touchscreen input methods, Coffee Evanhada's voice recognition kiosk listens to customers and selects the menu accordingly.
The newly introduced conversational AI voice recognition kiosk system welcomes customers visiting unmanned stores through an AI model, takes orders through conversations with customers, and a robot serves the beverages.
Customers who have difficulty using digital devices can easily use the service through voice, and the ordering time is expected to be significantly reduced compared to existing kiosks.
The voice recognition kiosk will also be introduced in unmanned drive-thru stores that Coffee Evanhada is preparing, providing faster and more convenient service.
A Coffee Evanhada representative said, "We expect customer satisfaction to greatly improve with this simpler ordering method compared to touchscreen systems," adding, "Through the introduction of the conversational voice recognition kiosk system, we will strive to provide customer-centered services along with technological innovation."
