Since 2013, Naver has opened five 'Naver Square' locations nationwide, starting with the offline education hub 'Naver Square Yeoksam,' followed by Busan, Gwangju, Jongno, and Hongdae. It provides tailored consulting and educational programs necessary for SMEs and creators, as well as infrastructure such as studios, offering free support to entrepreneurs challenging early platform businesses.

Over the past 10 years, 580,000 SMEs and creators have visited Naver Square locations nationwide through offline education, studio use, and local network exchanges. A total of 320,000 people have taken courses through 7,812 offline education sessions. The number of studio users for Smart Store and Shopping Live sellers has exceeded 150,000.

Opened in 2021, 'Naver Business School' is a specialized business education platform for SMEs. Currently, the number of online education members has surpassed 1.08 million, and the number of online education courses has more than doubled compared to last year, with 279 courses available. Representative courses include those in Smart Store, advertising, blogging and influencers, and Shopping Live fields.

Naver plans to expand its educational curriculum to help digital entrepreneurs succeed in digital transformation in line with the changing online environment. Examples include marketing techniques utilizing various Naver AI technologies such as HyperCLOVA X, and the development of global education courses targeting webtoon artists.

Gong Gi-jung, head of Naver Education Center, said, "We will develop and operate excellent educational courses to ensure stable growth for digital entrepreneurs across all online business areas, including SMEs and creators doing business on Naver, as well as AI-utilizing partners and operators."
