Hanamicron, a semiconductor back-end packaging and testing specialist company (CEO Lee Dong-cheol), announced on the 5th that it was selected as a Top Job Creator Company at the ‘2023 Korea Top Job Creator Company Certification Ceremony’ held by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The Korea Top Job Creator Company certification is organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor to encourage companies' achievements and efforts in job creation and to foster an atmosphere of creating quality jobs. It has been selected annually since 2010.
Hanamicron hired 168 new employees last year, creating more than 20% additional jobs compared to the previous year, and supports lifelong learning for its executives and employees through its in-house university. It was also recognized for contributing to the establishment of the system semiconductor ecosystem by establishing a TEST Support Center that provides TEST solutions and infrastructure free of charge.
In addition, the company actively implements various programs such as family invitation events, anniversary support, the 112 Campaign for a healthy company dinner culture, operation of a health care room, and systems for gender employment equality and work-family balance. It also strives to improve employee job satisfaction and work capabilities by providing incentives to employees with high work proficiency and contributions.
Hanamicron plans to continue developing and expanding various systems and programs to create a company where employees can balance work and life and work happily.
