Tasted Black Pork and Visited Gaepyeong Hanok Village and Sangnim Park
Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 5th that it operated the Nongtureil Tour, a rural experience tourism program, for about 400 tourists living in cities.
In this tour, tourists traveled by train from Seoul Station to Gimcheon Station, then took a bus from Gimcheon Station to Hamyang, where the main Hamyang tour began.
Tourists arriving in Macheon tasted Jirisan black pork, Hamyang-gun's representative delicacy, and strolled through Seoamjeongsa and Gaepyeong Hanok Village, enjoying the beauty of nature and history.
Finally, they visited Sangnim Park to take a walk in the forest, relax, and spent time purchasing agricultural products at a local food store before returning.
A county official said, "By continuously operating the Nongtureil Tour, we want to provide Hamyang's representative sights, foods, and attractions to promote the joy of rural experience tourism and make Hamyang a place visitors want to return to."
Meanwhile, the Hamyang-gun Nongtureil Tour is conducted with a professional guide who has completed rural tourism interpreter training, promoting Hamyang and providing tourism commentary together, thereby enhancing understanding of Hamyang and rural areas.
