On the 2nd, Real Estate R114 announced that in the first week of September, a total of 1,527 households (1,120 general sales households) across 4 complexes nationwide will start pre-sale.
Major complexes include ‘Sangdo Prugio Clavenue’ in Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, ‘Hoban Summit Gaebong’ in Gaebong-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul, and ‘Gwangsan Central Park’ in Hasan-dong, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju, where subscription applications will be accepted.
One model house is scheduled to open in Dongnim-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju, named ‘Unamsan Park Woomeerin Riverforet’.
Daewoo Construction will pre-sell ‘Sangdo Prugio Clavenue’ located at San 65-74, Sangdo-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul. It is a post-sale apartment complex consisting of 10 buildings, from 5 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors, with a total of 771 households ranging from 59 to 84 square meters in exclusive area, scheduled for move-in in March 2024.
Housing redevelopment is underway around the complex in Sangdo 14 and 15 districts. Upon completion, a new residential town with over 5,000 households will be formed, improving living conditions significantly. Access to downtown Seoul is convenient via Hangang Bridge, Olympic-daero, and Gangbyeonbuk-ro. Within a 1 km radius from the center of the complex, schools such as Sangdo Elementary, Shin Sangdo Elementary, Jangseung Middle, and Guksabong Middle are concentrated, and Guksabong and Sangdo Neighborhood Parks are also nearby.
The Woomee Construction consortium plans to pre-sell ‘Unamsan Park Woomeerin Riverforet’ at 191 Dongnim-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju. The complex consists of 6 buildings, from 6 basement floors to a maximum of 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 734 households ranging from 84 to 101 square meters in exclusive area.
As it is supplied through a private park special case project (Unamsan Neighborhood Park), abundant green spaces allow for a pleasant residential environment. Access to Honam Expressway Dongnim IC is easy, and Bitgoeul-daero and Hanam-daero are also nearby, enabling quick travel throughout Gwangju. The Gwangju Industrial Complex, where Kia Motors factory is located, as well as Gwangju Advanced Science National Industrial Complex Zones 1 and 2, and Bonchon General Industrial Complex, are all within about 10 minutes by car, making it a functional residential area for workers.
