For General Residents Interested in Maintenance Projects... Held Four Times in September at District Office Auditorium
Gangbuk-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Soon-hee) will hold a Maintenance Project Academy every week from September 5 to 25 at 6:30 PM in the main auditorium of the Gangbuk-gu Office.
The Gangbuk-gu Maintenance Project Academy is conducted to provide systematic education on maintenance projects to support smoother and more rational promotion and operation of these projects. In the first half of the year, specialized education was provided for associations and project promoters, and in September, basic education such as guidance on project types will be offered to residents interested in maintenance projects.
The Maintenance Project Academy, scheduled to be held over four sessions, will provide education on key contents, requirements, and procedures for each project type.
The curriculum includes ▲September 5: Comprehensive understanding of maintenance projects and small-scale housing maintenance projects related to residential area maintenance ▲September 12: Understanding redevelopment/reconstruction, rapid integrated planning, and public redevelopment ▲September 19: Understanding Moa Town, Moa Housing, and small-scale housing maintenance projects ▲September 25: Understanding station area projects and regional housing association projects.
Applications for the education program can be made by September 20 through the Gangbuk-gu Office website (Citizen Participation → District Administration Participation → Integrated Reservation Application → Gangbuk-gu Maintenance Project Academy) or by phone (Gangbuk-gu Office Redevelopment and Reconstruction Support Team).
Mayor Lee Soon-hee of Gangbuk-gu said, "Gangbuk-gu plans to continue offering various educational programs to support the smooth promotion of maintenance projects," adding, "We hope residents interested in maintenance projects will benefit greatly from the education on key contents by project type."
