The ‘2023 Proud Koreans Top 100 Awards’ is given to individuals who have quietly dedicated themselves and made efforts in various fields such as politics, economy, society, culture, arts, religion, and sports. The awards ceremony is hosted by the Proud Koreans Top 100 Awards Organizing Committee and organized by the Korea Newspaper Journalists Association and the Korea Federation of Journalists.

As a county council member representing the residents of Gangjin County, No Du-seop has made efforts to listen to the opinions of residents and reflect them in policies. He was recognized for his contributions to the development of local councils through active legislative activities and thus received the award.

No Du-seop said, “I only fulfilled the fundamental role that a county council member should naturally perform, so I am honored to receive such a generous award,” and added, “I consider this award as a sign to work even harder in the future, and I will continue my legislative activities without betraying the expectations of the county residents and local community, staying true to my original intention.”
