The commemorative Super Blue Moon public observation event will be held at the Gokseong Seomjingang Astronomical Observatory from 8 PM to 10 PM.

Various programs are prepared, including a Super Blue Moon observation program using astronomical telescopes, a special lecture about the moon, a full moon photo zone, viewing astronomical videos in the planetarium and 4D fusion theater, mobile phone moon photography, and distribution of bromides.

However, the event may be changed or canceled depending on weather conditions such as rain.

A Gokseong-gun official said, "This event will provide visitors with various science and cultural experiences and will be a meaningful opportunity to experience observing a rare astronomical phenomenon."
