Gyeonggi-do Convergence Science Education Institute conducted staff competency training on the 28th.

The Gyeonggi-do Convergence Science Education Institute will conduct two sessions of 'Staff Capacity Building Training' to help understand sustainable future industries.

The first session was held on the 28th in the experience classroom on the 3rd floor of the exhibition hall. Professor Kim Jin-taek from the Department of IT Convergence Engineering at Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) served as the instructor and gave a lecture titled "Designing Sustainable Future Values."

In particular, the training focused on fostering collective intelligence through the convergence of humanities imagination and science and technology in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital cultural environment of future society, as well as enhancing decision-making efficiency mediated by artificial intelligence.

The second training session will be held on the 4th of next month in the experience classroom on the 3rd floor of the exhibition hall.

On that day, Han Ji-a, a specialist instructor from Gyeonggi SW Future Filling, will give a lecture on "Utilizing Generative AI such as ChatGPT."

Kang Sim-won, director of the Gyeonggi-do Convergence Science Education Institute, emphasized, "Convergence science is very important in future society," and added, "We will actively support the revitalization of training based on creativity, IT, and convergence science, as well as the development of educational programs."
