1600㎡ Scale... Integration of Dispersed Civil Service Offices in Each District Office
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 28th that the Vehicle Registration Office, previously located at 365-2, Yeokbuk-dong, Cheoin-gu, has been relocated to the Yongin Mir Stadium in Samga-dong, and a plaque ceremony was held.

This relocation of the Vehicle Registration Office was due to the aging of the existing office built in 1998 and the fact that it was included in the Yeoksam District urban development project area, making new construction difficult.
The newly relocated office consolidates the civil service offices that were previously scattered across Cheoin, Giheung, and Suji districts into a 1,596㎡ space, equipped with a civil service office, workspaces, document storage, meeting rooms, a break room, a NongHyup branch, and a license plate issuance office.
About ten people, including Mayor Lee Sang-il of Yongin, attended the plaque ceremony. Mayor Lee said, “The relocation was moved up ahead of the originally planned October schedule, and the facilities are satisfactory, so residents’ inconvenience will be reduced.”
