Kai Launches Full-Scale Marketing of FA-50 in European Market

According to KAI on the 28th, the Radom Air Show held on the 26th and 27th was an international exhibition hosted by the Polish Military Property Agency (AMW). This year's air show, held on the largest scale ever, featured aircraft from 20 major European countries including the Polish Army, Navy, and Air Force, as well as the UK, Germany, France, and Switzerland, with over 200,000 visitors attending.

KAI participated as an official sponsor of the air show. KAI strengthened its marketing efforts to expand its presence in the European market by showcasing its next-generation main lineup, including the KF-21 Korean fighter jet, LAH light armed helicopter, and NI-500VT vertical takeoff and landing unmanned aerial vehicle. Additionally, following the Polish Armed Forces Day event on the 15th, the FA-50 performed its second official flight at the air show. The FA-50 boasts superior flight performance compared to the MIG-29, including air-to-air and air-to-ground armament capabilities, detection ability based on AESA (Active Electronically Scanned Array) radar, and aerial refueling capability. It is also gaining attention in the European market due to its compatibility with Western weapon systems and cost-effective operation and maintenance expenses.

Deputy Minister of Defense Wojciech Skurkiewicz emphasized, "This Radom Air Show marks a turning point where past weapon systems are transitioning to modern ones," adding, "We can see the shift from the MIG-29 to the FA-50."

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Mariusz Błaszczak expressed gratitude for the official sponsorship of the Radom Air Show, stating, "With the rapid delivery of the FA-50, the Polish Air Force has been able to strengthen its capabilities to respond strongly to external threats."
