On the 28th, the Seoul Metropolitan Government 120 Dasan Call Foundation announced that it received the Minister of Health and Welfare Award at the 18th Korea ESG Awards ceremony. This is the first time a public call center and a Seoul Metropolitan Government-funded institution have won the Korea ESG Award.
120 Dasan Call Foundation was highly evaluated for establishing an ESG strategic system linked to the characteristics of public call centers, such as the regularization of remote work for counselors, specialized health management support for emotional labor, and customized job operations for career-interrupted women and middle-aged groups, leading the industry in social responsibility activities.
Lee I-jae, Chairman of the 120 Dasan Call Foundation, said, “As the importance of ESG management is increasing day by day, we will actively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and take the lead in spreading a sustainable management system in the public service sector.”
