Shilla Stay announced on the 25th that it will offer a 'Delivery Food Room Delivery' service, where hotel staff deliver food ordered through delivery apps directly to guest rooms for customer convenience. When guests order food via a delivery application (app), hotel staff receive the food from the delivery person on the first floor and deliver it to the guest rooms.
Shilla Stay explained, "The service was first launched in mid-last month at Shilla Stay Guro, limited to weekend evenings (Friday to Sunday) when demand is high, and due to positive customer feedback, it has been expanded to Shilla Stay Samsung and Seocho." The delivery food room delivery service has received favorable responses from users. Most reviews say, "Receiving delivery food has become more convenient," "There is no burden as the service is free of charge," and "Delivery food room service that cannot be experienced at hotels."
The delivery food room delivery service is available from 6 PM to 10 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at Shilla Stay Guro, Samsung, and Seocho. It is provided free of charge to hotel guests. For more details, guests can refer to the guidebook provided in the rooms at Shilla Stay.
