On this day, Mayor Oh instructed the staff from related departments who participated in the inspection to "swiftly carry out damage recovery in areas affected by the recent monsoon and typhoon and conduct frequent monitoring to prevent secondary damage," and urged, "Take proactive preventive measures in areas vulnerable to heavy rain damage such as lowlands along rivers, landslide-prone areas, and semi-basement houses to minimize damage to residents."
