Neptune announced on the 23rd that it will absorb and merge three companies: Remake Digital, EdX Plus, and Magnet.
Remake Digital primarily operates in marketing and advertising agency services, Magnet is a game developer, and EdX Plus mainly focuses on system and software development and supply. The merger date is set for November 1.
Neptune explained the reason for the merger as "to enhance management efficiency through business integration."
