Beauty Tech Startup LiveX Rebrands Premium Salon Brand 'Salon A'

Beauty tech startup LiveX (CEO Song Jeong-ung) is experiencing rapid growth by opening six branches consecutively within three months through the rebranding of its premium salon brand ‘SALON A’.

The existing SALON A lacked brand identity and scalability, but to meet the diverse demands of customers, it has enhanced customer satisfaction by integrating trendy design, space, and IT technology. Additionally, it is strengthening communication with customers and increasing brand awareness through various promotions and events.

After rebranding, SALON A has achieved significant marketing results by ranking high on Naver Place, an essential platform for salons. Naver Place is used as an important tool to promote salons and attract new customers, and SALON A’s achievements have greatly influenced both brand image improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement.

LiveX CEO Song Jeong-ung stated, “The rebranding of SALON A was a change attempted to meet customer needs, and so far, it has yielded positive results. We will continue to strive to provide the best services and technological capabilities that meet the demands of many people operating salons.”

LiveX is leading changes and innovations in the existing beauty market not only through its salon brand but also through its academy for education and IT technology. In particular, it is making efforts to maximize customer convenience by providing customized CRM services using data analysis and AI technology, and furthermore, it plans to expand into the global market.
