[Sale Calendar] Fourth Week of August, 3,683 Units Nationwide Including 'Cheonggye SK View'

In the fourth week of August, a total of 3,683 households across 4 complexes nationwide will begin pre-sale.

On the 20th, Real Estate R114 announced that in the fourth week of August, a total of 3,683 households (1,834 general sales) across 4 complexes nationwide will start pre-sale.

Major complexes include 'Cheonggye SK View' in Yongdap-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, 'Hillstate Cheomdan Central' in Jinwon-myeon, Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do, and 'Hillstate Sinyong The River' in Sinyong-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju, where subscription applications will be accepted.

Model houses are scheduled to open at three locations: 'Hoban Summit Gaebong' in Gaebong-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul, 'Unamsan Park Woomeerin River Foret' in Dongnim-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju, and 'Gangjin Seungwon Peliche River City (Private Rental)' in Gundo-myeon, Gangjin-gun, Jeollanam-do.

SK Ecoplant will pre-sell 'Cheonggye SK View' at 121 Yongdap-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of 3 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 34 floors above ground, with a total of 396 households, of which 108 households with exclusive areas of 59 and 84㎡ will be available for general sale.

It is within walking distance of Sindap Station on Subway Line 2 and Dapsimni Station on Line 5, and convenient access to various parts of Seoul is possible via the nearby Internal Circulation Road.

Within a 1 km radius from the center of the complex, there are many schools including Dapsimni Elementary, Sindap Elementary, Majang Elementary and Middle Schools, Sungin Middle School, and Dongdaemun Middle School. Seongdong-gu Yongdap Library and Dongdaemun-gu Dapsimni Library are also nearby. The complex consists of 3 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 24 floors above ground, with a total of 317 households, of which 190 households with exclusive areas ranging from 49 to 114㎡ will be available for general sale.

Through the nearby Nambu Circular Road and Oryu IC, Yeouido and Seoul Digital National Industrial Complex can be reached within 30 minutes, and access to the Seoul city center and the metropolitan area is convenient. Oryu Elementary and Gaebong Middle School are within walking distance for commuting, and the area is rich in green spaces such as Maebongsan and Onsu Park, providing a pleasant residential environment.
