DL E&C 'ePyeonhansesang Wonju Primo One' Shows Hot Demand from Day 1 of Contracts [Successful applicants visiting the ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Wonju Primo One’ housing exhibition hall on the first day of the official contract]

DL E&C's ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Wonju Primo One’ housing exhibition hall, supplied in the Panbu-myeon area of Wonju-si, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, saw a large number of subscription winners flock from the morning of August 16th (Wednesday), the first day of official contracts, showing a smooth contract progress.

From early morning, a long line of subscription winners formed at the housing exhibition hall, and this crowd continued throughout the afternoon.

Composed of small-sized units supplied in Wonju-si for the first time in about a year, and with exclusive areas of 59㎡ (24-pyeong type) and 79㎡ (30-pyeong type) both priced in the 300 million KRW range?an attractive price unlikely to be seen in future brand apartments from top-tier construction companies?young people as well as middle-aged groups hoping for both actual residence and investment showed great interest.

‘e-Pyeonhansesang Wonju Primo One’ has received high attention even during the subscription period after the opening of the housing exhibition hall, and is evaluated as a complex that has sparked the enthusiasm for home ownership in the stagnant Wonju-si real estate market. In fact, a total of 685 subscription accounts, including special supply, were submitted during the subscription, achieving a very favorable result compared to market conditions.

Such subscription and contract enthusiasm is regarded by officials as a very encouraging result during the real estate downturn in Wonju-si.

A sales representative of ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Wonju Primo One’ said, “Even in the somewhat slowed Wonju-si real estate market, the demand for apartments with location, brand, and reasonable prices remains strong, which shows its deep significance.”

On the first day of official contracts, a subscription winner who took a day off said, “The exclusive area of 74㎡ (30-pyeong type) is designed spaciously enough for three people including young children, and since the price is only in the 300 million KRW range, I proceeded with the contract without hesitation.”

‘e-Pyeonhansesang Wonju Primo One’ supplied by DL E&C will be built in the Panbu-myeon area of Wonju-si, Gangwon, consisting of 6 buildings from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 572 households ranging from 59 to 102㎡ in exclusive area. Among them, 350 households are mainly small-sized units with 137 households of 59㎡ and 213 households of 74㎡.

The complex is located in the ‘Musil District living area,’ allowing residents to enjoy pre-established living infrastructure immediately upon moving in. It is also convenient to use large marts, movie theaters, parks, and more.

Although the administrative district where the complex is located is officially Wonju-si, Gangwon-do, the actual lifestyle can be enjoyed as if living in Seoul. Especially, using the KTX Jungang Line, it is possible to reach Seoul Cheongnyangni Station within about 40 minutes. In the future, with the completion of the Yeoju-Wonju double-track railway (scheduled for 2027) and the Suseo-Gwangju double-track railway (scheduled for 2030), residents will also be able to access the living areas of Pangyo in Gyeonggi and Gangnam in Seoul.

‘e-Pyeonhansesang Wonju Primo One’ is the first in Wonju-si to apply e-Pyeonhansesang’s lifestyle-customized residential platform ‘C2 House,’ which is expected to provide residential value never experienced in existing apartments in Wonju-si. This complex with C2 House applied allows the floor plan to be changed according to family members and lifestyle. Instead of forcing family members to fit into a standardized apartment layout, it enables flexible changes to the floor plan for the family members.

Additionally, ‘Smart Clean & Care Solution’ is introduced inside and outside the complex to maintain clean air quality. Mist spraying settles fine dust in the air, the weather station allows easy checking of fine dust status, and the smart air control system automatically manages indoor air quality.

At each building entrance, a ‘complex ventilation system’ is also applied. The ‘All-in-one air conditioning system’ with ventilation, auxiliary cooling, and dehumidification functions creates a comfortable indoor air environment, and the UV-C/A LED sterilization module provides a safe space from viruses and bacteria.

The complex includes a fitness center, G·X room, indoor golf practice range, and screen golf room, as well as a childcare center (Childcare Center), two Kids Stations, and an indoor playground/together care center. It also features a shared office suitable for telecommuting and a guest house (two detached rooms) for visitors.

The official contracts for ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Wonju Primo One’ start on August 16th (Wednesday) and continue until August 18th (Friday). The contract deposit of 10% can be paid in two installments of 5% each, and interest is supported only on the second 5% installment.

Mid-term loan offers a full (60%) interest-free benefit. Since there is no obligation for actual residence and no restriction period on resale of the pre-sale rights, resale of the pre-sale rights is possible upon full payment of the 10% contract deposit.

‘e-Pyeonhansesang Wonju Primo One’ operates a housing exhibition hall, and move-in is scheduled for November 2025.
