Abko Turns Profitable in Q2... Achieves 15.9 Billion KRW in Sales and 2.3 Billion KRW in Operating Profit

ABKO, a new life platform specialized company centered on gaming gear, has succeeded in turning a profit in the second quarter.


On the 11th, ABKO announced that it recorded an operating profit of 2.3 billion KRW on an individual basis in the second quarter of this year, turning profitable. During the same period, sales amounted to 15.9 billion KRW, and net income was 2.2 billion KRW.


With increased sales of high value-added office products such as electrostatic capacitive keyboards, the gross profit margin rose significantly to 35.96%. Efforts to improve internal structure led to improved profitability, and by optimizing selling and administrative expenses, a stable profit structure was established, achieving an operating profit margin of 14.36%.



An ABKO representative stated, “Due to a stable profit structure and positive changes in the business environment, we expect to maintain the profit trend in the second half of the year,” adding, “PC bang sales are gradually increasing thanks to the launch effects of major games such as Diablo 4.”



He continued, “Since we focused on strengthening the fundamentals of each business division including gaming gear, home appliances, and smart school charging lockers, performance growth is expected starting from the second quarter,” and explained, “It is fully possible to achieve annual profitability beyond just turning a profit in the quarter.”



ABKO is a leading domestic gaming gear company. With excellent product quality in keyboards, mice, headsets, and prompt A/S service, its market share reaches 80%. The company is enhancing growth potential through strategies such as collaborating with global major game companies to target the gaming gear market, entering the office market, and expanding the smart school charging locker business.
