Hanse Yes24 Group explained that it conducted the blood donation campaign to help resolve the blood shortage crisis, which has emerged as a social issue amid the continuous decline in the domestic blood donor population due to the impact of COVID-19 and aging.

Employees working at group affiliates such as Hanse Silup, Yes24, and Donga Publishing visited a mobile blood donation bus set up near the Korea Federation of SMEs in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, where Hanse Yes24 Holdings is located, from 9 a.m. that day to practice life sharing.

Kim Seok-hwan, Vice Chairman of Hanse Yes24 Holdings, said, "We launched a corporate-level blood donation campaign to save precious lives amid the severe blood supply shortage." He added, "The group will continue ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management activities that contribute to the local community through ongoing blood donation campaigns, following the will of Dr. Kim Ki-hong."

Meanwhile, Dr. Kim Ki-hong was the father of Kim Dong-nyeong, Chairman of Hanse Yes24 Holdings, a first graduate of Seoul National University College of Medicine, and a founding member of the National Medical Center.
