Solid ENG Plans to Launch AI Concierge Service for Golf Courses

Solid ENG, a company specializing in Digital Transformation and Cloud Computing, announced on the 10th that it plans to launch an AI concierge service for golf courses.

Solid ENG developed the service using Naver Cloud's large-scale AI 'HyperCloverX' and plans to first apply it to South Spring CC, a premium golf course located in Icheon, Gyeonggi-do.

According to the company, utilizing the AI concierge allows for planning services specialized for premium golf courses that reflect various customer preferences. While maintaining the excellent face-to-face service of premium golf courses, the accumulated customer information can be used to design a reservation system tailored to customers' tastes.

Additionally, the AI concierge can be applied to assign caddies and restaurants according to the individual characteristics of the golf course, as well as to develop an in-cart voice recognition service during rounds.

While leveraging information for services using the AI engine, the company also plans to focus on information security. The goal is to build private AI that strengthens security through a closed network, protecting not only personal information but also proprietary information belonging to each company.
