At the playground of Seongbuk Elementary School in Seoul, an official is shooting a water cannon high into the sky during the '2023 Seongbuk Culture Vacance'.

On the afternoon of the 1st, when the heatwave was at its peak, citizens and children visiting the '2023 Seongbuk Cultural Vacance' held at the playground of Seongbuk Elementary School on Seongbuk-ro, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, are happily enjoying water play.

The playground is equipped with a large water slide, medium to large water play areas, water buckets, survival swimming lessons, experience programs, food stalls, and various performances.

The event held at Seongbuk Elementary School runs until the 2nd, from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Admission is allowed from 10 AM. Swimming caps are mandatory. Shade tents and personal tents are not allowed, so it is recommended to bring a mat. There is no separate parking lot, so public transportation must be used. Admission is free for Seongbuk-gu residents who present an ID.
