L7 by Lotte West Lake Hanoi Pre-Open

Lotte Hotel & Resort announced on the 31st that it had pre-opened 'L7 by Lotte West Lake Hanoi,' a 5-star facility and service hotel, in Hanoi, Vietnam on the 28th.
Unlike domestic L7 hotels, which are 4-star hotels pursuing 'selection and concentration' of services by simplifying personal services and auxiliary facilities, the Hanoi L7, making its overseas debut, is positioned as a 5-star hotel. Considering the unique characteristics of the West Lake area as an old affluent neighborhood and a region with active foreign visitors, it is introduced as a 'full-service hotel' equipped with various auxiliary facilities and services.
L7 by Lotte West Lake Hanoi is located within 'Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi,' the largest complex shopping mall in Vietnam with an area of 354,000㎡, to be built in the West Lake area of Hanoi. L7 by Lotte West Lake, consisting of two 23-story towers combined, comprises 264 hotel rooms and 192 serviced residences overlooking West Lake and the Red River. The rooms are designed with a nature-friendly concept. All hotel rooms feature terraces with views of West Lake and the Red River.
For the first time in an L7 hotel, a club lounge operates within the hotel. The 'Lake Salon' offers exclusive food and beverage services for the club lounge, such as afternoon tea and happy hour. It is also equipped with business-friendly facilities like high-speed internet and meeting rooms.
On the 23rd floor, a rooftop pool has been created. The 26-meter-long infinity pool offers an unobstructed view of West Lake. There are also a kids' pool, jacuzzi, and pool bar. Various events, including pool parties, are planned to be held. On the same floor, a 91-meter-high skywalk connecting the hotel tower and residence tower allows for an extreme experience of walking in the air.
New attempts continue in the food and beverage (F&B) sector as well. The lounge 'Rush Salon,' where specialty coffee, various coffee menus, desserts, and light beers can be enjoyed, was designed to function as a shared office space considering the high demand and popularity of coworking spaces among the local millennial generation. At the buffet restaurant 'Layered,' guests can enjoy a variety of menus from seven live stations, including sushi and sashimi corners, BBQ, and live carving corners. Dining spaces include 'Tim Ho Wan,' a Michelin-starred dim sum house from Hong Kong, and the cocktail bar 'Hedonist.'
Additionally, auxiliary facilities such as a fitness center, a screen golf course operated directly by Golfzon, a kids cafe, and a spa have been established.
A representative from Lotte Hotel & Resort said, "L7 by Lotte West Lake is a new milestone of the L7 hotel, filled with various attempts and experiments," adding, "We will lead the first overseas expansion of the L7 hotel brand to success with L7 by Lotte West Lake Hanoi, which clearly shows the glocal (global + local) aspect unique to L7 hotels."
