[Sale Calendar] First Week of August, 5,565 Units Nationwide Including 'Lotte Castle East Pole'

In the first week of August, a total of 5,565 households across six complexes nationwide will begin pre-sale.

On the 30th, Real Estate R114 announced that a total of 5,565 households (3,180 general sales) across six complexes nationwide will start pre-sale in the first week of August.


Applications will be accepted for units in Lotte Castle East Pole in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul; Gwangmyeong Central I-Park in Gwangmyeong 2-dong, Gyeonggi; and Hillstate Sokcho in Geumho-dong, Sokcho, Gangwon.


Model homes are scheduled to open at three locations including Cheonggye SK View in Yongdap-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and Forena Incheon Hakik in Hakik-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon.


Lotte Construction will offer Lotte Castle East Pole through the Jayang 1 Redevelopment Promotion Zone housing redevelopment project at 680-63 Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of 6 buildings ranging from 7 basement floors to a maximum of 48 floors above ground, totaling 1,063 households, of which 631 units with exclusive areas of 74 to 138㎡ will be available for general sale.


The complex is located near Guui Station on Subway Line 2, with Gangbyeon Station and Dong Seoul Bus Terminal also nearby. The Dong Seoul Bus Terminal is undergoing modernization to become a complex space equipped with transportation, retail, and office facilities.


Via Jamsil Bridge and Olympic Bridge, residents can quickly reach the Gangnam area including Gangnam, Songpa, and Gangdong districts by car. Seongdong Elementary, Yangnam Elementary, Gunam Elementary, and Gwangjin Middle Schools are within walking distance, and lifestyle infrastructure such as Gwangjin District Office, public health center, Gangbyeon Technomart, and CGV are well established.


SK Ecoplant plans to offer Cheonggye SK View at 121 Yongdap-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The complex will consist of 3 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to 34 floors above ground, totaling 396 households, with 108 units of 59 and 84㎡ exclusive area available for general sale.


Subway Line 2 Sindap Station and Line 5 Dapsimni Station are within walking distance. Within a 1 km radius of the complex, schools such as Sindap Elementary, Sungin Middle, Dapsimni Elementary, and Majang Elementary and Middle Schools are concentrated, and educational environments are well supported by nearby facilities like Seongdong-gu Yongdap Library and Dongdaemun-gu Dapsimni Library. The Cheonggyecheon waterfront park is located right next to the complex, providing a great place for leisure activities.
