Lotte ON announced on the 30th that it will hold the 1st AI Shopping Quotes Contest.
The AI Shopping Quotes Contest is a unique competition that requires collaboration with AI, where participants must submit shopping quotes created through conversations with AI. Using the AI chatbot 'AskUp' channel on KakaoTalk, participants ask questions to the AI to generate shopping quotes, then add their own ideas and register them on the contest page within Lotte ON. When submitting, participants must attach a screenshot of the conversation with the AI.

The participation period is from the 31st of this month to the 13th of next month. After judging by a panel of judges, one grand prize winner and five excellence award winners will be selected. The grand prize winner will receive 1,000,000 L.Points, and excellence award winners will receive 300,000 L.Points each. The judging criteria focus on witty quotes that resonate with customers who enjoy shopping. The judges include author Chae Ki-seong, who won the 2021 World Literature Award for 'Unmanned,' and the publishing company Namuyeopui Ja, which published 'The Uncomfortable Convenience Store.'
An event to promote this contest will also be held. Participants can join by following the official Lotte ON Instagram account, liking the relevant post, and sharing it on their own account. When sharing, hashtags such as Lotte ON and AI Shopping Quotes Contest should be added. Among the participants, 40 people will be selected by lottery to receive either an Angel-in-us Coffee coupon or a mobile gift certificate for Yeopgi Tteokbokki.
