LG Whisen Artcool, Released as 2in1 Wall-Mounted and Tower Models with New Design

LG Electronics will launch the LCD frame-type air conditioner LG Whisen Objet Collection Artcool, which was released last month as a wall-mounted standalone model, as a 2-in-1 model together with the LG Whisen Objet Collection Tower Premium Air Conditioner (18-pyeong, beige) on the 26th.


The LG Whisen Objet Collection Artcool is a new-concept interior air conditioner equipped with Korea's first 27-inch LCD screen "Cover Screen." Customers can choose their own cover screen with various themes such as family photos, masterpieces, and meditation according to their preferences, and can also share and enjoy videos like YouTube on the LCD screen through the mirroring function of Android OS-based smartphones.


The newly released 2-in-1 model is a premium design interior air conditioner that can be installed with the Tower Premium Air Conditioner in the living room and the Whisen Artcool in personal spaces such as bedrooms or studies instead of a wall-mounted air conditioner.


Along with the launch of the 2-in-1 model, LG Electronics announced that it will provide the essential; service on the LCD frame-type air conditioner LG Whisen Objet Collection Artcool through collaboration with NHN Bugs. The emotional essential; music service of NHN Bugs harmonizes with the sensibility of Whisen Artcool.


From August, Whisen Artcool users can enjoy essential; music on the LG Whisen Artcool without separate connection by upgrading the software through the UP Appliance Center in the LG ThinQ app. Whisen Artcool supports two 5W speakers, making it convenient for music listening. Customers can easily select and enjoy themes that match the space and mood, and it can be used independently of the air conditioner's operation, making it usable as an interior appliance not only in summer but also in other seasons. To commemorate the launch of the 2-in-1 model, an event will be held offering the first 400 customers who purchase Whisen Artcool a 360-day free subscription to essential;.


An LG Electronics official said, "This collaboration will contribute to making customers' daily lives more convenient and enjoyable with a dedicated Artcool service filled with unique sensibility," and added, "LG Electronics will continue to actively pursue external collaborations to provide new customer experiences that were not offered by existing home appliances."
