NeoEyes to Launch Behavioral Type Test Soon

NeoEyes Co., Ltd., a specialized education and training company (CEO Shim Yong-taek), announced that it plans to launch the 'neo-DISC Behavioral Type Test.'

The neo-DISC test, a Korean diagnostic tool designed to understand job behavioral types and facilitate effective communication within organizations, is based on the DISC model of four behavioral types classified by Dr. William Marston, a psychology professor at Columbia University in the United States.

D, I, S, and C are categorized as Dominance (a proactive challenger), Influence (a sociable type valuing human relationships), Steadiness (a stable type emphasizing harmonious relationships and trust), and Conscientiousness (a cautious type with perfectionist traits).

The test consists of 32 items in sentence and adjective formats and has the advantage of strengthening interpersonal relationships perfectly through explanations that can be understood not only by the test taker but also by others. In particular, by analyzing talent types, it maximizes work efficiency, expands talent opportunities, and enhances synergy through smooth communication among members, fostering cooperation and a sense of community that can develop into close collaboration.

More than one million people worldwide participate in the DISC test annually across 70 countries, and the test data serves as the basis for reliability through analysis.

The test products are divided into lecture-type, which includes educational courses, and test-type. The lecture-type courses can be utilized according to the client's characteristics and needs, offering weekly 2-hour online lectures, 4-hour lectures for companies and groups, and 1-day and 2-day business-related lectures.

NeoEyes Co., Ltd. plans to showcase the neo-DISC test at the EduPlus Week exhibition held at COEX Hall A from August 10 to 12, and will provide a 50% discount coupon for the test during on-site consultations.

A company representative stated, “The NeoDISC test was independently developed by investigating and analyzing data from employees of various ranks to diagnose and nurture the talent profiles of individuals, teams, and organizations.”

Meanwhile, NeoEyes Co., Ltd. is a specialized education and training company that provides job, service, and business education to corporations and government agencies through 60 full-time instructors and learning infrastructure established across five branches nationwide, having produced over 30,000 graduates to date.
