Gwangjin-gu Launches Unmanned Civil Service Issuance for Various Health Center Certificates Nationwide, 'First in the Country'
Unmanned Civil Service Issuance for Various Health Center Certificates Begins... Certificates Can Be Issued at Any Health Center Nationwide Regardless of Jurisdiction
Supports Four Types: Health Checkup Result Certificate (formerly Health Certificate), Health Checkup Certificate, Tuberculosis Certificate, Vaccination Certificate
Now, health checkup records from health centers nationwide can be easily issued at Gwangjin-gu's unmanned civil service issuance machines.
Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) became the first in the country to start an unmanned civil service issuance service on the 17th that allows issuance of various certificates from health centers nationwide.
Currently, eight local governments provide unmanned civil service issuance services for various health center certificates, but even in those cases, only records from health centers within their jurisdiction are provided.
This has caused inconvenience for citizens who had to visit health centers in person and wait for long periods to obtain documents or have a proxy bring a power of attorney and ID to collect them on their behalf.
Gwangjin-gu has established a system that allows citizens to obtain various certificates from health centers nationwide regardless of their region, enhancing convenience for civil petitioners.
At 30 unmanned civil service issuance machines within the district, residents can easily print four types of health center certificates?▲Health Checkup Result Certificate (formerly Health Certificate), ▲Health Checkup Certificate, ▲Tuberculosis Certificate, and ▲Vaccination Certificate?using only their resident registration number and name. However, those who receive an unfavorable test result must undergo additional consultation and testing before issuance.
Mayor Kim Kyung-ho said, “This service was implemented to eliminate the inconvenience of revisiting health centers to obtain various certificates such as the Health Checkup Result Certificate,” and added, “We will continue to do our best to provide high-quality administrative services through communication with residents.”
