Ipsos Korea Officially Certified as a 'Great Place to Work'

Ipsos Korea has officially been certified as a Great Place to Work in South Korea.

Great Place to Work® (hereinafter GPTW) is a global consulting organization that evaluates and selects great workplaces based on the Trust Index. It diagnoses and assesses organizational cultures of various companies and institutions across 97 countries worldwide.

Based on corporate management policy evaluations and the international standard model Trust Index, a survey consisting of 60 questions across five categories?trust, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie?is conducted among employees of each company. Companies that achieve a composite score of 60% or higher are awarded the Great Place to Work certification.

Regarding the detailed attributes of the 2023 GPTW assessment, 91% of Ipsos Korea respondents answered that diversity is respected within the organization, and 91% believed they have fair opportunities and a sense of responsibility for their assigned tasks. Additionally, 82% of respondents evaluated that leaders conduct business fairly and ethically, surpassing the benchmark score by a wide margin, leading to their selection as a great workplace.
