On the 20th, the Constitutional Court dismissed (upheld the constitutionality of) a constitutional complaint case regarding Article 22, Paragraph 4 of the Act on the Promotion of the Publishing Culture Industry, which requires sellers of publications to sell at the fixed price, and Paragraph 5 of the same article, which limits price discounts to within 10%.
