Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) is recruiting a total of 40 new employees for office, technical, and residential welfare positions.

SH Corporation announced on the 20th that it will publicly recruit 40 new employees. The number of recruits is 15 for office positions, 13 for technical positions, and 12 for residential welfare positions. The office positions include management support, project management, and IT fields; technical positions cover civil engineering, architecture, mechanical, and electrical fields; and residential welfare positions include office and technical fields.
Some positions, such as office (management support and project management), technical (civil engineering, architecture), and residential welfare (office), will be hired through a restricted competition for persons with disabilities.
All positions will be filled through a fully blind recruitment process. After submitting applications, candidates will undergo document screening, written tests (including personality tests), and interviews (including AI interviews). The recruitment process is based on the National Competency Standards (NCS) to thoroughly evaluate applicants' capabilities and select suitable talents for the corporation.
Applications will be accepted through the recruitment website from the 21st of this month until the 10th of next month. The announcement of successful candidates for document screening will be on August 25, and the written test will be held on September 2. Interviews will take place in September, and the final successful candidates will be announced on September 27.
