Toss Bank announced on the 17th that it will conduct a large-scale open recruitment across all job categories for the first time since its launch. Moving beyond hiring mainly experienced professionals, it will recruit double-digit numbers of new graduates as well.
Applications will be accepted from today until the 31st. The recruitment fields include a total of 10 job categories and over 40 positions, such as engineering, business, data, risk, product (product development), design, and compliance.
There is no mandatory minimum career length required, and Toss Bank explained that a customized recruitment process will be conducted to accommodate each applicant’s schedule. Job suitability and cultural fit interviews will be held online and via video calls according to the schedules of those who pass the document screening.
Compensation negotiations will be individually guided for successful candidates, and some positions will require task-based assessments.
