If you have lost your passport or left it at home, you can get an emergency passport issued at Incheon Airport. For Terminal 1, request assistance near the general area G check-in counters on the 3rd floor; for Terminal 2, go to the 2nd floor Central Government Complex. If you need a passport photo, you can use the instant photo booth near the issuance center. However, once an emergency passport, which is disposable, is issued, you cannot use your original passport even if you find it later. Detailed information such as countries where the emergency passport is accepted must be checked separately.

If you plan to use a rental car overseas, you will need an International Driving Permit. This can also be issued at Incheon Airport. Bring your driver’s license or passport, passport photo, and a card for fee payment, and visit the Central Police Security Center on the 3rd floor general area of Terminal 1 or the Police Security Center at the Government Complex on the 2nd floor of Terminal 2.

If you need to print travel essentials such as E-tickets, tourist passes, or hotel vouchers, you can use the free internet cafe in Terminal 2. Paid options include Dunkin’ Coffee House on the 2nd floor general area of Terminal 1, Pascucci in the boarding area on the 3rd floor, Dunkin’ Coffee House in the duty-free zone, Angel-in-us Internet Cafe on the 3rd floor duty-free zone of Terminal 2, and Coffee@Works Internet Cafe.

If you are traveling with children, some countries like Japan or Vietnam may require a family relationship certificate. You can also get a resident registration certificate or health insurance certificate issued. If you want to use this service, visit near the F check-in counters behind the general area on the 3rd floor of Terminal 1 or the Business Center at the Central Government Complex on the 2nd floor of Terminal 2.

Additionally, if the wheels of your luggage are broken, visit 'Spa on Air' located on the east side of the basement level 1 of Terminal 1 at Incheon Airport. They repair luggage with broken wheels or damaged shoes. If you have travel insurance, keep the repair receipt to claim insurance benefits. Also, if you suddenly fall ill or face an emergency, you can use the Airport Medical Center. They provide not only vaccinations but also medical examinations for visa applications, issuance of English medical certificates, and boarding opinion letters for pregnant women. The locations are on the east side of basement level 1 of Terminal 1 and the west side of basement level 1 of Terminal 2.
