The video became a hot topic due to the furious expression shown by Chief Prosecutor Shin while unveiling it. In the video released by the prosecution, the gangsters repeatedly shout "Fighting" to flaunt their organization's power, and Shin is seen tightly closing his eyes or pursing his lips while watching. There are also moments when he turns his head as if trying to suppress his anger.

Many netizens empathized with Chief Prosecutor Shin's anger, making the video a sensation. One related video posted on YouTube recorded 1.3 million views.

Netizens who watched the video commented, "You can feel the deep frustration being held back on the prosecutor’s face during the briefing," "You can really sense the intense anger of the chief prosecutor in the video," and "Beyond chilling, you can feel the boundary of emotional restraint."

Regarding the reason for releasing the video, Chief Prosecutor Shin explained, "I wanted to show the public how gangsters are behaving these days and also send a warning to the gangsters themselves."

In an interview with SBS on the 11th, he said, "It was quite disgraceful to see them gathering while boasting about having tattoos all over their bodies, claiming to be number one in their district or having nationwide stars. With social media like Instagram developing, showing off by saying 'so-and-so from our organization gathered' is a low-class culture in the gangster world."

Furthermore, Chief Prosecutor Shin warned, "The war against gangsters is practically declared. From now on, if you are involved with gangsters, do not expect leniency."
