Uiryeong Namsan Elementary School Wins Presidential National Table Tennis Championship

Team Event, Singles, and Doubles All Ranked 1st

Uiryeong-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 11th that Namsan Elementary School, located in Uiryeong-eup, won the championship at the "39th Presidential National Table Tennis Tournament" held for 8 days from the 26th of last month at the Taebaek Plateau Gymnasium in Gangwon-do.

Namsan Elementary School defeated Seonghwan Elementary School from Cheonan 3-0 in the boys' elementary division (U-13) team event to claim the championship.

Namsan Elementary, which also won this tournament in 2007, made the victory even more meaningful as the juniors reclaimed the championship after 16 years.

Ma Young-min, the strongest player in the elementary table tennis division, won the singles title and, together with Son Jae-young, won the doubles title, sweeping the championship trophies at this tournament.

Player Ma Young-min achieved a triple crown by winning the individual singles, individual doubles, and team events, demonstrating his true potential as a promising table tennis player.
