Director Choi had already earned the title of Sales Grandmaster in 2018 after achieving 5,000 cumulative sales. He has also been selected more than 10 times as one of the ‘National Sales Kings,’ an award given annually to the top 1 to 10 employees nationwide based on sales volume. Regarding the secret to reaching 7,000 cumulative sales, he said, “I still have my sales flyers, which are my weapon,” and added, “I believe winning people’s hearts is the hardest thing in the world, so I did my best to earn the hearts of my customers.”
He continued, “Sales are necessary for both companies and customers, so I will continue to challenge myself to surpass 7,000 cumulative sales and achieve even higher goals.”
Hyundai Motor presented Director Choi with a plaque and a cash reward, which he donated in full to community development. Hyundai Motor supports recipients of the Sales Honor Award System who wish to donate their rewards.
Meanwhile, Hyundai Motor operates various reward programs, including the Sales Honor Award System, the National Sales King award, and the ‘The Class Awards,’ which rewards annual sales performance divided into different tiers.
