POSCO E&C to Sell 1,146 Units at 'The Sharp Sinmun Greenity' in Gimhae

POSCO E&C announced on the 7th that it will officially begin the sale of ‘The Sharp Sinmun Greenity,’ a complex with 1,146 households located in Gimhae, Gyeongnam.

‘The Sharp Sinmun Greenity,’ located in Sinmun 1 District, A7-1 Block, Sinmun-dong, Gimhae City, consists of 10 buildings with 2 basement floors and up to 29 floors above ground. The supply includes 652 units of 84㎡ exclusive area and 494 units of 102㎡ exclusive area. The expected move-in date is February 2026.


The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 17th, followed by first priority on the 18th, and second priority on the 19th. The announcement of winners will be on the 25th, and the official contract period will be from August 5th to 7th. Regarding the first priority subscription eligibility for ‘The Sharp Sinmun Greenity,’ applicants aged 19 or older who have held a subscription account for more than 6 months and meet the deposit requirements by region/area, residing in Gimhae City, Gyeongsangnam-do, or Busan and Ulsan cities, can apply regardless of household head status or number of owned houses, and are not subject to re-winning restrictions.


POSCO E&C explained that ‘The Sharp Sinmun Greenity’ is located in a perfect water environment with the pleasant green surroundings of Yongdusan and Banryongsan nearby, Daechungcheon River to the north, and Jomangang River to the east. A Daechungcheon Riverside Park trail is also planned, ensuring a comfortable residential environment.


Additionally, it is situated at a strategic point connecting Busan and Changwon metropolitan areas. With access to the Namhae Expressway’s 2nd and 3rd branches, Jangyu IC, Seo Gimhae IC, Changwon 1 and 2 tunnels, and National Route 58, it is easy to travel to nearby cities such as Seogu in Busan and Seongsan-gu in Changwon. The double-track railway from Bujeon to Masan passing near Jangyu Station is expected to open as early as 2024, which will greatly improve accessibility to Busan and Changwon and enhance future value at the time of move-in.


Within a 1km radius of the complex is Gimhae’s largest tourist distribution complex, allowing convenient access to various shopping and leisure facilities such as Gimhae Lotte Water Park’s amusement facilities, Lotte Outlet, and Nonghyup Hanaro Club. An elementary school site is also planned nearby as part of the Sinmun District development project, which is being developed on a mini new town scale.


POSCO E&C emphasized that they enhanced product competitiveness with differentiated designs unique to the ‘The Sharp’ brand. For residents’ convenience, they installed additional metered electric vehicle charging outlets on parking pillars and enabled external control of lighting, heating, gas shutoff, and ventilation through the smart home service AiQ TECH. The community facility ‘Club The Sharp’ will also include a terrace-style ‘Guest House’ suitable for tea parties and small gatherings.


The sports zone within the complex includes a fitness room, indoor golf practice range, study room, and book caf?, while the public zone is equipped with a daycare center and guest house. Notably, they introduced various specialized floor plans such as room-in-room designs using alpha rooms reflecting residents’ tastes and needs, and double dressing rooms. Environmentally friendly, resource-recycling finishing materials are applied across all unit types, and ample storage spaces such as pantries and built-in closets, favored by housewives, are also provided as standard.


A sales official stated, “As the first of the eco-friendly premium brand, we will leverage product differentiation and the excellent location of the new residential town to establish it as a landmark in Gimhae.” He added, “With reasonable sale prices, interest-free interim payments, and various benefits such as a fixed contract deposit of 10 million KRW for the first payment, we expect strong interest from buyers.”
