BBS Radio Interview "Thank You if Chu Mi-ae Comes Out"
"Shooting at Moon, Can't Believe This"
Cheon Ha-ram, the chairman of the People Power Party's Suncheon Gap district in Jeonnam, recently commented on former Minister of Justice Choo Mi-ae, who caused a stir by revealing the background of her resignation from the Ministry of Justice, saying, "It makes me think that maybe she is trying to help once again because the People Power Party's situation in the metropolitan area is not easy despite the Democratic Party's setbacks."
On the 6th, in an interview with BBS Radio, Chairman Cheon said, "Within the People Power Party, we often joke about 'Chunattaeng' (meaning 'Thank you if Choo Mi-ae comes out'), and it really seems to be true," expressing this view.

Regarding former Minister Choo's actions, Chairman Cheon said, "It seems she is trying to raise her presence again ahead of the general election, and appears to be aiming to return to the forefront of politics," adding, "In any case, she seems to be showing her presence."
He said, "Seeing her attack former President Moon Jae-in, no matter how much political ethics or the code of conduct among rivals has fallen to the ground, I wondered if this could really happen."
He continued, "If I were a supporter of the Democratic Party, I would see her as the primary contributor who handed over power to the People Power Party, but now she comes out again to cause internal party strife and attack the pro-Moon (pro-Moon Jae-in) faction to gain support from the hardline base. This is extreme self-serving politics, and it is absolutely intolerable," he criticized.
