The newly released product contains two types of vitamin B complex (B1, B6) that help energy metabolism in the body along with magnesium gluconate, which has high absorption. The company explained that it is in liquid form for faster absorption in the body, comes in a mango-flavored liquid, and is packaged in stick form for easy consumption and portability.
Magnesium plays a role in stabilizing nerves and relaxing muscles by reducing the secretion of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that promotes muscles.
