- Funds from Officetel Sales Continue with Brighton Yeouido Apartment Contracts
As a premium of up to twice the sale price has formed in the ‘Brighton Yeouido’ officetel complex, interest is also focusing on the newly supplied apartment units.
According to the real estate industry, the ‘Brighton Yeouido’ officetel complex being developed on the former Yeouido MBC site, scheduled for occupancy in August, has premiums worth hundreds of millions of won. The Brighton Yeouido officetel, which was sold in July 2019, currently has a market price of 1.3 to 1.5 billion KRW for the 59㎡ exclusive area, with a premium of about 550 million to 700 million KRW over the sale price. Considering that the sale price for this type was 700 million to 850 million KRW, a premium of up to twice the sale price has been formed.
Also, the 44㎡ exclusive area has a premium of about 300 million to 350 million KRW, trading at 800 million to 900 million KRW, and the smallest type, the 29㎡ exclusive area, has a premium of about 130 million to 200 million KRW, with a market price formed at around 500 million KRW.
Meanwhile, the Brighton Yeouido apartment complex being built is the first new apartment supply in Yeouido in 18 years, consisting of a total of 454 households with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 132㎡, from 6 basement floors to 49 above-ground floors.
In particular, as the high-end residential brand Brighton is applied, it features product quality that matches its class. All units have a 4Bay layout, with a face-to-face kitchen where the living room and dining space face each other, and a ceiling height of 2.6 meters to maximize openness. In addition, the design maximizes openness to secure sufficient sunlight rights, and storage is enhanced through built-in wardrobes and system shelves.
Furniture and finishing materials include kitchen furniture from EuroMobil, Gimetic, and Dada, wooden flooring from Germany’s Haro, and kitchen and bathroom faucets from Grohe, Jessi, and Giulini. Bathroom wall tiles are finished with premium imported brands such as Mirage, Florim, and Lea, while kitchen countertops and walls use Kanstone and Atlasplan.
The communities located in buildings 101 and 102 are connected by a skywalk. On the 3rd floor of building 101, there will be a caf?, party room, and a small library, while on the 2nd floor of building 102, a lounge, shower rooms, and a fitness center equipped with Italian luxury equipment from Technogym will be established. On the 4th floor of building 101, four guest rooms with studio and 1.5-room layouts will be created, which can be used as accommodations for guests or for home parties.
Differentiated residential services will also be provided through the real estate service platform company ‘SL Platform.’ Planned services closely related to daily life include breakfast service, housekeeping to assist with chores in each space, contactless premium nighttime car washing, home styling, laundry pickup and delivery, market, and home repair services.
