He continued, "This is a successful case of South Korea's first entry into the overseas exhibition industry," and evaluated, "India, with a population of over 1.4 billion, the 5th largest GDP in the world, and the 7th largest consumer market, will serve as a stepping stone for Gyeonggi Province companies to advance into India, a country of 'future value,' through KINTEX's entry."
Furthermore, he said, "The G20 event will be held in New Delhi, India, in September, and it would be a great encouragement if President Yoon Suk-yeol, who will visit India at that time, could tour the IICC," and promised, "2023 marks the 50th anniversary of Korea-India diplomatic relations, and we will create an innovative alliance where Gyeonggi Province's 'opportunity' and India's 'future value' come together."
