The police plan to actively guarantee the reported rallies and marches, but will strictly respond to illegal acts by mobilizing all available personnel and equipment.

To this end, up to 155 police units nationwide, including temporarily formed units, will be deployed on-site per day.

Illegal acts such as violence, road occupation, and malicious noise will be strictly dealt with according to laws and principles, and participants who obstruct official duties by assaulting police officers during law enforcement processes such as dispersal measures will be arrested on the spot as flagrante delicto.

In addition, the police will conduct prompt investigations into illegal actors, and have established a policy to pursue judicial measures such as requesting arrest warrants for ringleaders.
