Gojneok ENT and Dong-A Science, '2023 SF Story Contest'

Gozneok ENT, together with Dong-A Science, will hold the '2023 SF Story Contest' from July 1 to September 17. Gozneok ENT is participating in the contest as the IP (Intellectual Property) business representative of A2G Entertainment.

Now in its second year, the contest accepts web novels, webtoons, and novels with an SF theme. Both new and established writers are eligible to apply.

The grand prize is 3 million KRW. Gozneok ENT plans to compile the winning works in the novel category into the '2023 SF Story Contest Winning Works Collection (tentative title).' Web novels and webtoons will be supported for commercialization through separate copyright contracts.

Baeseon Ah, CEO of Gozneok ENT, said, “The ‘Happy Battle,’ which won the previous ‘Case Thriller Writer Contest,’ is recently being aired as a drama,” adding, “In this ‘2023 SF Story Contest,’ we aim to discover works that possess both artistic quality and potential for screen adaptation, thereby expanding the added value of original stories.”
